Since the war in Ukraine started, the EU accepted more than four million refugees from Ukraine. Because that's what you do as the next countries.
You know what the EU didn't do? Shit on Egypt for not taking refugees from Ukraine. Because that would have been stupid, right? Right?
Was Egypt suggesting that the EU should let in more people?

Sorry if this was unclear. Was Egypt suggesting that the EU should let in more people from Ukraine? Like how the EU suggested Egypt should let in more people from Palestine.
Weil, no. But maybe because the EU already fucking does so?
But it would be pretty out of line for Egypt to tell the EU to accept more people from Ukraine, right? That's what they're getting at. The reason Egypt is annoyed by this is because their resources are being volunteered by someone else.
