I’ve always thought it’s like: 0- is freezing, 10 is cold, 20 is ok, 30 is hot, 40+ is hell
Above 25 is hot, 30 is hell, 40+ is dead for me
On summer we normally hit 40+ (in some places even 45+) in Spain. I can confirm it's hellish.
