What sticks out to me is that every time his victims spoke out the police actually did something. So many times I read about shit that happened in just the last few years where cops don't do shit. Sure, the guy was connected and got off because of that but apparently there was a time in the world where cops believed prostitutes and they felt comfortable enough with them to report abuse.
