MODERATORS
'demographic changes' is an interesting way to describe the decimation of an entire countries population of able-bodied males.
It's more that they've been in a long demographic decline since the USSR broke up, particularly among ethnic Russians. Of course 300K dead soldiers plus all the people who fled the country altogether sure as heck isn't helping them either.
