I'm confused. Ford Explorer is the one on the lane and OP is outside of it. OP is also doing the classic Hawthorne Effect style of pretending to be cool, calm, and collected while filming as he passive-aggressively agitates the other guy.
The only mistake of the Explorer driver is that he's asking for the license which he has no right to. Other than that, it's hard to deduce anything from this video.
it's an obvious cut. we really don't know what happened before this video, BUT the gold here is... that guy demanding a license. parang binalaukan at the end, eh. haha
