Sure, but just because it hasn't happened to AliExpress yet doesn't mean it never will. The US is on a Chinese cold war bender now, unlike before.

Being notorious isnt the same thing as being banned. The article even mentions its a question of counterfeit goods.

Temu took market share because it paid a LOT in advertisements in the past few months, giving out free stuff to first time buyers. At least in the past few weeks, the advertisment zelousness has subsided.
