MODERATORS
I live in the U.S. as well, and I understand the confusion! It's a law that's regulated by each state, so some states (like Delaware) you only have to put a license plate on the back, and some states (like Maryland) require plates on front and back. And in Texas you have to also wear a license plate on your pants when walking in any city.
