Not even a cosplayer, just a mannequin. What are they doin'?
It's cool they're incompetent though.
It's definitely a cosplayer, they have a phone on the stand for a live stream
Looked it up and some people are saying it's just a cosplay selfie booth thing and that's just some random cosplayer posing for it and not associated with them. I'm still surprised someone has the exact flat skintone of those display mannequins.
Edit: also captures that super-rigid pose of them too. Found a larger resolution image and yeah, it's a person.
