I want to know more 😳 do you have something? A link?

In the Steam Linux client, there was this line: rm -rf "$STEAMROOT/"*.

If the variable $STEAMROOT isn't defined (or is an empty string), it basically runs rm -rf "/"*, which means delete all subfolders of /.
