Does the QR code in the comic mean anything intelligible? I can't get it to scan
The timing is not valid and the two encoding bytes aren't the same. So that's probably why you can't get it to scan. Plus the mask is all off because there is a big blob on the lower right corner. With a lot of effort you could probably read something which probably would be random bytes
I bet that is part of the joke
