MODERATORS
There is too much focus on the victim being youth, this should never happen.
The victim was handcuffed, under the control of an officer and presented no threat. Youth or not no one in that position should be assaulted.
If I assaulted someone like that I would likely go to gaol. The punishment should be more severe for officers not less.
Also the idiot union reps claim that
We do send soldiers into hospitals! To secure them! Our soldier have strict rules of engagement we expect them to abide by.
Granted in recent years it has been revealed some special forces members were committing war crimes which is another issue that needs to be dealt with.
