So is the world at war now? Like, so many countries are getting bombed now, but no one's declaring war. So what IS an act of war these days?

Actually sending ground troops instead of doing airstrikes and missile launches without needing to cross the border.

These are all still mostly tit for tat strikes, nothing big.

Only Gaza is getting properly bombed and actively invaded so that would be a war.

Nothing big just a little bombing other nations. Imagine if I could simply blow up parts of my neighbors yard because I don't like what he's doing, but I couldn't be arrested unless I actually stepped in his yard. They give me that right and then I'll accept bombing isn't war.
