P.S. I upvoted you because I enjoy having my views challenged though I disagree with you for the above reason. I don't want echo chambers.
I agree up until insane offensive nonsense, which I think needs to be downvoted into oblivion. Much like your "proudly controversial opinions" about modern medicine.
It's fair enough to have the thought that things might be overdiagnosed, but we are really only just learning about things like autism and it is a wide spectrum. Minimising people's suffering can be more harmful than you think.
