Human Revolution was fine, actually.
One of my favorite games ever tbh. Mankind Divided was great too, aside from the fact that it's clearly missing a third act (and the single-use microtransactions, who the fuck thought that was a good idea).
They actually sold in-game currency and upgrade kits for a single player game, and you could only use them one time. Like not even on your next save file. And it's all stuff that you find in the game anyway. Sprung on the developers at the very last minute by Square Enix, too. Eidos Montreal was pretty pissed about it apparently.
