They’re really trying to get Russia for everything huh?

On Friday, the ICJ will rule in another case in which Kyiv has accused Moscow of falsely applying the UN’s 1948 Genocide Convention to justify its February 24, 2022, invasion of Ukraine.

This specific statement interests me the most as I am planning on writing a paper for my history course about the Donbas and the “alleged” genocide. A ruling on this would be quite helpful in my research.
