Seeing the device used in a non-controlled environment really makes you reimagine how we’ll be use computers in the future.
By far my favourite interaction cuts were when he replied to a message on the subway stairs and the butterfly donut. Both hilarious and frustrating to imagine that this is how the general public will behave using these devices outside.
Those parts were definitely played for laughs in this instance. I mean, it's not like there was anyone else using those stairs while he was typing.
And really, how is it any different to someone stopping on the stairs to reply to a text on their phone?
You can't see a difference between typing on a phone versus a hunt-and-peck floating nothing? Are you wearing them right now? Is Tim Apple holding you hostage?
I thought the comedic timing of the gags were funny and the people on the subway appeared to be somewhat interested or unbothered by the spectacle.
Don’t let the monocle pop out of your eye, grandpa.
Dude.
You’re in the APPLE ENTHUSIAST lemmy community.
Take this shit elsewhere and let people enjoy the things they’re excited about.
Well make the community private and keep it walled off like the products you guys love so much!
Man, apple haters easily make up a far more toxic, elitist, gate-keepy cult than any apple enthusiast group I've ever encountered. Go pester some other group that likes stuff you don't.
