skipped a few years there but ok. not like he’s worth working for in the first place.
Because he doesn't want people who aren't hired standing there during work hours? Possibly being a nuissance?
because he wants 60 year olds since the 20 year olds weren’t working out. because he isn’t considering 21-59 year olds. because selection bias.
Or maybe he’s using the dictionary as descriptive instead of proscriptive and using the word “boomer” the way it’s used colloquially these days.
since we can’t read minds we will never know.
