MODERATORS
Back from a week long island trip. Trainer says my progress didn't diminish over the trip, happy to hear. Was able to keep on my health plan on the island thanks to lots of grilled fish. Swimming practice paid off, lots of water based fun. And a huge sun burn to show for it
Bruh I'm so jealous, I wanna go swimming in the sun too, I'm tired of the gloomy winter
