You just made me remember something from childhood. I managed to wedge myself between back of the sofa and the cushion. That felt so good, getting squeezed from front and back, mostly evenly.

I never got such a feeling again. Closest is being under duvet, once folded large blanket, hugging a feather pillow, laying on my left side and my dog laying against my back. But that's still not enough. At this point, I should probably just put myself under the mattress. Or maybe 2 of them. You know what, put a truck on top for good measure.

What if I took a strong large plastic bag, put it inside duvet cover and filled it with metallic mercury?
OK, enough. This is getting wild.

I love weighted blankets! Downside is that now I can't really sleep without one...

Idk, I got gifted one by my parents that they either bought online or at like Walmart lol

I've been thinking about getting one but never did the research. Do they get warm in the summer?

That depends on your summer and A/C. If you don't have A/C in your house then yes, they do add extra insulation.
