Don't think benefits can be passed around like that, but 100% with a payout can be pretty sweet if the busted boot can do some cash work every now and again.
100% means they pay you about $3,000 a month tax free regardless of other income, plus healthcare, also a lot of 100% rated vets can work perfectly fine. The cash compensation goes up with the number of your dependents, so marrying means you get more cash each month.
