I hope you're right. There's a lot of backwards people out there that vote.
There are a lot of enlightened centrists that will completely ignore actual harmful Republican policies that they disagree with, but condemn Democrats getting a little condescending. It's why you can never fully trust when the public supports a certain agenda. They don't always vote the same way.
