Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.

I'm either missing context, or the joke is going over my head
It's a meta joke about how deathly serious 60 Minutes takes itself.
So even if a giant silverback was ripping the set apart, Lesley Stahl would just narrow her eyes and let it speak its piece for the sake of journalism.

I took it as more of an anti-joke. Like her expression says "hmm... You don't say? Tell me more."
I thought her expression said she wants to fuck that gorilla.
He bench presses 2000 lbs on a vegetarian diet, what's not to love?
To me it says 60 Minutes asks super obvious questions. Or questions that you already know the answer to.
