MODERATORS
BJ's mom is Jewish. The series uses it for comedic/dramatic effect as well. Meeting Frau Engel on the train in 1 is such a tense yet comedic experience because of BJ's Jewishness.
Been a while since I played it, but I'm guessing she was complementing him as a "perfect Aryan specimen" or whatever?
She was doing a "test" to see if he was Jewish or not, then called him the perfect Aryan
