Mine probably isn't that secret these days, but almost every sauce I add nutritional yeast to. Curry, chilli, bolognese, it just makes them all better.

Basically a salt that triggers pure umami flavor. It's an easy add for dishes where you don't want to use another umami booster like worcestershire or fish sauce.
