MODERATORS
I only see meanness in political posts, and some instances like hexbear (the_dunk_tank can get pretty toxic)
I have two lemmy apps, one that I have set up to block locally, and one with none of those blocks in place. You should try keyword filtering and instance blocking. You should add
election, trump, biden, elon, musk, vote, waras your blocks (its what I use)When I feel argumentative or simply don’t want to have posts hidden I go on the app with no instance blocks or keyword filters
When I want good news I use the one with my filters
