Hello, I would like to replace Pocket and am looking for a similar app to bookmark links. For now I just need a "local" version, no cloud needed. I might setup synthing later on. Does any of you knowns any FOSS apps?

Wallabag. Been using it for years. You can have the service provided or host your own instance and it has its own APK for it on F-Droid for on the go. That is what I do.
