Weren't both the guys from that King of Kong doc cheating?
Only Mitchell as far as I'm aware, in a quick Google couldn't even find accusations about Weibe...
I think there was an article saying one of his scores was disqualified because it was on a machine that had an emulator that wasn't allowed. Googling it, though, it seems like he's since broken the record on a standard arcade machine.
