First of all , they'll probaby embezzle all the money and have nothing to shie for it 10 years from now - if it even gets that far.
But second, Houston to Dallas? Who wants that? Most people in Houston would rather build a wall around Dallas to keep them out

I get it. I used to live in Houston and its kind of a joke about how much people in Houston hate Dallas and people from there
The people who commute regularly between them. Planes are expensive and TSA makes it more time consuming.
But have you considered that Dallas sucks?
