The fact that Israel refuses to show the actual damage at the base seems to indicate that it might be significant. If there was little to no damage they'd be bragging about it.
They're trying to do both at once, and not doing a very good job of it.

However Israel will win the posting war by gish galloping mind numbingly brazen posts like this that do completely disproportionate psychic damage to anyone debunking it.
The subject has also been very silent, looking at mainstream media there is no mention the air base.
