keep is seriouse if you can and it can really be about anything just have the advice be good if you so do.

If you go to this page (accessible from "Get on GitHub" in the main page) https://github.com/liftoff-app/liftoff/releases/tag/v0.9.12 there's releases about halfway down, download the one that corresponds to your phone's processor :)

Choose one of those links. If it doesn't work, try another. If it's not the correct one, it won't install/load. (I'm not the most tech savvy, but the trial and error method seemed to work for me.)
