I'm sorry I don't have a good suggestion. Just please, don't use BetterHelp. They have already been caught selling health data to advertisers.
That was my immediate thought. No suggestion other than NOT BetterHelp.
Any recommendations? Would love to have a "friend for a call" when I'm having an attack. But I live in Asia so might also need it somehow 24/7. A real human only though.
