Well, if I'm being super picky about it technically "mono and diglycerides" can be derived from either vegetable or animal fats, and it doesn't appear to actually say that it's vegan on the can that I can see for whatever that's worth

The heart shaped logo with the V on the left most bottle at the bottom reads "certified vegan". So I guess it is. I'm kind of curious how this tastes to be honest. Coconut goes well with a lot of sweets...
