What is the best treatment for chronic dog ear yeast infections? (reddthat.com)

Our lab constantly has yeast infections that we have to constantly treat. I would like to know if anyone has advice on what medications seem to work the best for a chronic case of yeast ear infections.

We had a great Dane and needed to wash his ears out with a cleaner every month to prevent issues like this.

Pretty sure the stuff we had was called virbac
