This really depends. I have seen people go from meh muscle build to pretty damn jacked after a year of hard work, and as much gear as they could find.

The story says more about the offenders than OP's actual body. That question has "but what was she wearing" vibes.

Yeah, I wasn't commenting on any of that. Regardless how dude looks, assuming it's real, consent is absolute. Just pointing out that I have seen people get jacked in a year, if the right risks are taken and the hard work is put in.

If you do it during puberty, there aren't even much in the way of risks. I went from 4'1" tall and 230 lbs, to 5'6" tall and 145 lbs in one year by joining the swim team. Never got jacked, but I can still bench 200 lbs without any real effort or training in my 40s.

Yeah, my growth spurt was painful.

I'm sure it's somewhat genetically based (according to 23andme I have 'elite athletic musculature') but I'm close to maxed out after a year of serious natty weight lifting if my goal is to actually look fit. I could get further and go the power lifter route by eating 5 rotisseries chickens daily and washing them down with bean juice.

Oh yeah, agree, genetics does play a significant part. Just commenting that I have seen people go from a normal build to pretty built in that time if the right risks are taken.
