Ukraine never really had a chance, it’s extremely fucked up that US/NATO forced them to reject all negotiations and fight a tragic and destructive war just so the West could bleed Russia a bit, it’s also fucked up that they fed everyone propaganda that they could’ve ACTUALLY won. Kiev/Kyiv could've taken the deal early on and had been neutral and officially never part of NATO (of which the West never had true intentions of having them join regardless) and avoided all of this madness with nothing more but a bloody nose and a bruised ego. But now they’re going to be forced to kowtow to Moscow and PRAY that Putin will go easy on them.
