The past that gets memory holed is that it took the Dem messaging machine as a whole a day or two to realize, oh, this is not good, in response to social media backlash from individual progressives and especially Native Americans.
It was very much SHE SHOWED HIM for two days to an avalanche of this ain't it comments before they realized how badly they fucked up.
