I can't even make fun of these dudes because I know that everybody is experiencing the same alienation and loneliness in capitalism. It's a systemic issue which means that it can only be solved by systemic action. But there is no systemic action on the horizon so everybody is dealing with it however they can. Anyway, check out r/replika if you feel like your life is spiraling out of control

Pfft, alienation under capitalism? Have you tried simply engaging in the marketplace? There are plenty of businesses out there willing to exchange goods for currency, and the people there have to talk to you, because you're a paying customer.

Downloading a chatbot girlfriend is "engaging in the marketplace" and will only deepen your alienation. There are still things you can do for free to meet people. Yes, a lot of us will have to fight through some personal challenges to get out there, but we all believe in fighting here, don't we?
