They're gonna regret that sponsor money when they lose the constructors championship
That depends on how much money they gain from the commercial side of Perez vs how much they can lose.
Redbull got 140 million for constructors last year. I highly doubt they get that much from their sponsors
Red Bull doesn't need to get 140kk from their sponsors. They need to get the difference between P1 in the standings and P2 - that's only 9kk [1]. Besides, let's not limit ourselves to sponsors. There are other potential sources of money related to his marketability in Latin America, the main Red Bull company might be interested in that as well.
