I think it means an older woman, referring to her vagina resembling "roast beef", implying it and her to be undesirable.

Maybe block greentext, rather then asserting your worldview on everyone else. I personally find idiots doing or saying idiotic things humorous because it shows that they're idiots for all to see.
If we're policing all speech, that's not going to end well for anyone as someone will ALWAYS find a way to have their feelings hurt by something someone else said.

Maybe a waitress managing her workload with lightly roasting the customers. With an experienced roastie that's actually funny and entertaining.
One of my favourite restaurants closed down over Covid. It had an awesome roastie from Berlin. I actually celebrated my wedding there. I miss him.
