MODERATORS
I watched something on this. He seemed like he just wanted to get any woman to get on the submarine alone with him to kill them. It's as bizarre as it is horrific.
It seemed like it came out of nowhere, but then his whole life goal seemed to shift to killing someone.
I think they were filming a documentary about him and the project he was working on at the time.
