Probably because 133F is the forecast and not actually recorded yet. Weather could change and it might not hit 133F
Though I wouldnt be surprised if we do hit 133F in the west coast, everywhere is scorching at the moment
...but that's exactly what is claimed? The title of this post is "highest temperature forecast," not "highest recorded temperature."
