During which time he advised Canada's grocery cartel to fix the price of bread, leading to decades of overcharging. The punishment for this? The government let the grocery stores issue a free gift card for their stores to every customer. Yes, you read that right! The punishment for price fixing and collusion was to run a marketing campaign.
