Would it be of use to have a separate community to discuss the more nuanced side of the sport's technical regulations, lest those who find that less accessible not get lost when the subject comes up? I'd be happy to get that spun up, and post my dives into different parts of the regs every other week or whatever.

Just keep it here for now imo, due to community size like others have said. Ask your Qs here and see how it goes?
