Careful, if trump gets into office you might legally see his unlimited power
At what point does his vice president throw him off a walkway on the Death Star?
If the vice president kills him, and they become the president. Was it an official act making them immune?
They weren't president when they did it, so no. But the new president could just pardon himself if the GOP approved of the assassination, since the 6 SCROTUS's would say it's legal to do so.

SCROTUS: "It benefits the GOP regime, so we'll allow it."
Incapacitate the president, invoke 25th, then proceed with immunity
