I actually thought of Musk first but Trump or Putin or any other dictator probably also fits. Generally most high level politicians are probably like this, but maybe to varying degrees of severity.

Also the wording of "special military operation" is the peak of pettiness.
You could certainly make that argument, even though this meme wasn't talking about Putin.
