Sounds like your headphone jack is coming loose. You can try using a USB headphone adapter and seeing if the issue persists.
If it is your physical port, you can try resoldering it on the board if you're adventurous, or taking it to a shop to resolder, or just using a USB headphone adapter from now on. Or if you're crazy Bluetooth
Try cleaning it first.. balls of lint are not good. Same with USBC, lint LOVES the female USBC port.
