Only if you're on cloudstrike. Apparently a lot of corporates are. Dunno about local ones.

Same case, i heard maybank is down yesterday, and some of my friends have their system crashed and couldn't work.

PCs or crucial services? I was making payments through Mae the whole day without issues, so I gather it's the former.

Hmm, should be former, i don't think they run their server with Windows, would probably be linux like most server does.
