As an aside, the best shooter I've personally been in a match with is non-binary. I've had several ROs that are trans. I've met a number of LGBTQ+ people at matches. So far, locally I'm still not seeing many non-white people, but that's slooooooooooowly starting to change, and I am there for it.
One of the things I love about my current range is the diversity. I got tired of only shooting with middle-aged conservative white dudes.
