Who is paying for the program... Better be fuxking corporate parasites and not the taxpayers
Frankly, from a public policy perspective, this is way cheaper than dealing with the apartment fires that would otherwise occur.
From public policy perspective, these employers should be paying for their slaves equipment.
But maybe I am just too much of a capitalist to expect something like that under a corpo state.
