That's not going to work. This isn't Venezuela. If official results differ from exit polls, Democrats would not accept it.

Trump fans are just loud. They're not going to do anything.

This is naive thinking. They tried to overturn the result in 2020 and they've had four years to hone their strategy. Moderates who defended the election process last round have been pushed out of office. States with GOP legislatures in particular could refuse to certify totals and instead send electors of their own choosing.

It's not as simple as who gets more votes. The process requires that officials at multiple levels of government work in good faith, and there are a lot of bad faith actors taking office. Look at who won the Maricopa County primaries yesterday. That's the modern GOP.

I tend to think that once the media calls each state on election night, it becomes very difficult to move forward with contested results UNLESS it comes down to a single state again. If it's a toss up, they'll flex but if it takes flipping multiple states I think the Supreme Clowns will probably take the L.

Get your head out of the sand, they have a pathway to do this. Delay certification in the house, force it to be a congressional vote where each state gets a vote and more states have a Republican controlled delegation.

The pathway is there. We have to make the results so resounding that someone in the machine chickens out.

There is no way to do that. People in the US don't just roll over when their votes aren't counted.

2000 was different because voters in Florida were too stupid to figure out their ballots.
